Integrating a booking engine with a channel manager is no small effort, and as Contessa Resort was preparing to launch theirs, they knew they’d need the help of experts. They hired The WordPress Designers to redesign their site and craft a fully integrated multichannel campaign that would meet the needs of their new marketing strategy.

What We Did
We began by overhauling the Resorts overall web design by switching their static website into a responsive website built with WordPress utilizing the Enfold theme.
We then setup the Sirvoy booking engine to increase direct bookings and then synced the Sirvoy channel manager to keep room availability accurate across all channels.
Next, we helped Contessa Resort sign up for the above channels and then optimized the pages with high quality images and descriptions for maximum visibility.
Finally, we launched a comprehensive guest review empowerment strategy with the goal of increasing authenticity and overall review scores on all channels.
